Founding partner and the managing director of the firm, Paolo Marcello leads the firms strategy for growth, business development and overall operations. He has an extensive history working in the construction and engineering industry with an emphasis working with private sector developers and builders through various sectors. His versatility and understanding of many different types of structural systems provides clients with a full array of options to carry out their project. Mansour Navidpour has an extensive resume in structural engineering with a specialization in lateral analysis and design of buildings. He is our chief structural engineer, directly impactful in the team’s design standards, technical documents, specifications and drawing details. He ensures that projects are completed with the highest integrity and quality, while maintaining industry standard construction practicality.
A senior associate at Algisa, Mehdi has over 15 years of experience both in Tehran, Iran and Ontario, Canada. Mehdi is a PHD recipient from the University of McMaster and current Professor at the school. Mehdi’s ability to mentor and train junior drafting and designers allows our employee staff to experience continued growth. He has a long experience in cast in place, precast concrete & structural steel design. He has worked on complex low rise, mid rise and high-rise buildings and is key team leader from start to finish on projects.
The Precast Director at Algisa, Aidan has over 15 years of experience in Ontario, Canada; working for various precast manufacturers throughout the province. His experience helps to standardize efficient manufacturing, engineering and production processes for our precast clients. He leads our team’s technical direction internally with respect to precast concrete design, while also building external relationships with clients. Aidan is a highly motivated individual and is always looking for new and advanced methods to help support our clients.

Ashkan Ezazi is a licensed structural engineer with 10+ years' experience in healthcare, institutional, and residential projects. Specializing in collaboration, he excels in project management, design, and construction site engineering. Ashkan is actively pursuing a project management license and has contributed to seismic performance research at universities
